[Vienna, VA, June 26, 2026] — 1Spatial by VertiGIS, a global leader in location data management and validation solutions, today announced the release of 1Engage v2.0, the latest evolution of its cloud-based platform that helps public safety agencies maintain accurate GIS data, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency.

The release introduces a new capability that delivers validated GIS data directly into Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, helping ensure emergency responders receive accurate location information when it matters most.

The initial CAD integration for 1Engage v2.0 is delivered in partnership with CentralSquare Technologies, a leading provider of public sector software serving public safety agencies, local governments, and critical infrastructure organizations across North America. CentralSquare’s CAD solutions are widely used by 911 call centers, emergency dispatch teams, and first responders to coordinate incident response in real time.

Improving Emergency Response with Real-Time Data Integration

By integrating with CentralSquare’s Pro Suite, 1Engage v2.0 enables agencies to automatically provision trusted GIS data for the systems that dispatch operators rely on every day. As users submit or update GIS data, including address points, road centerlines, and service boundaries, the platform validates and standardizes it before securely delivering it to CAD environments.

The integration helps reduce the risk of misrouted emergency calls and improves situational awareness for dispatchers and responders by providing accurate, authoritative location data at the moment it is needed most. This is particularly valuable in rapidly growing communities, newly developed areas, or regions with frequent address changes.
